I came in with very little experience, but the hands-on training and support gave me the confidence to start my career. As a young father without my Grade 12, I wasn’t sure what opportunities would be open to me. The program gave me the skills and encouragement I needed, and shortly after finishing, I was offered a full-time position with a local construction company, REWS Developments. I’m proud of what I’ve accomplished, and I know I wouldn’t be where I am today without this opportunity.
